Birthday Place Card Holders

Does anyone have any ideas on how to make a place card holder for a birthday party? The party is for a teenager.
I buy them, but something like a small budget. Links would be great!

Buy pipecleaners in a variety of colors and create the holders of yourself! You can add flowers or feathers, or leaves, depending on your preference and budget. You can also get Stix popsicle spray paint, the colors of your theme, and paste them in a way to allow a card to be in them. Mini pine cones (purchased by the bag) can be sprayed with glitter and are in possession of a beautiful place card! Anyway, you do not need a lot of dough to make something nice and memorable.

I know you do not want to buy, but if you got a dollar store, or section of a dollar store, you can sometimes find some frames. Depending on how many people you meet, you can use these. I think it's a really cute idea.
