How do you copy tables (card making biz) on Microsoft Word? For experts from Microsoft Word I need step by step advice please! I use MS Word to make business cards in the Avery label template 8371 that is incorporated into the program. Once the choice of the Avery 8371 and view the document grid automatically builds the 10 cards 2 columns of 5 rows. A business card in the top left, I started making my card personalized with text and graphics that I use the logo. For this and make it look like I wanted, I had to construct tables (with invisible lines) in tables to separate text and graphics. The map looked awesome! Here is my problem: I can not copy this business card for 9 other cards on the same page document because it blurs all the tables and I do not know what the heck I'm doing. It would take me forever to build all of these individually and I'm sure they all look alike. Is it possible to copy all 10 of them self in their fields in the appropriate card biz, without this problem???
I tried to make a model as you explained and copied and pasted into tables tables for other cards. I chose the contents of the first card by pointing to the left of the table and clicking and dragging down when the white arrow appears, then right click and choose Copy. The paintings remain together in the correct order when I choose the option "Paste as Nested Table blur but when I choose" Paste cells.
Glad You Got It sorted! Flag
