Dachshund Christmas Cards

I try to think of something really creative to do on our Christmas card this year. We always just take a picture but I'm really good at Photoshop and I want to do something creative this year. It's just me, my husband and our two dachshunds. Ideas? THANKS! :-)

There are many things you can do. I have Paint Shop Pro, but I'm sure that Photoshop will allow you to manipulate graphics and images in the same way.

You can scan photos of your dogs and you and your husband, then get a graphical representation of Santa in his sleigh. Put the four of you in Santa's sleigh, as he made his "turn." (You can even put each of your faces instead of the face of an elf.)

You can take a photo of each of your dogs barking, then one of each, you and your husband with your mouth open as you sing. Then get a Victorian (external) graphics and save your photos in it and add what looks like the music open in front of each of the four. You do love your husband, you and your dogs are the songs of Victorian England.

Again with a photo of each of the four of you: find a nice graphic crib and to place the four of you around the child Jesus, as if you were there with the animals and shepherds in Bethlehem .

You can find a chart of the opening remarks this Christmas Day. Scan an image with all four of you in your computer. Framing and "manipulate" the graphics and image so that the image of the four of you look like a gift to be opened by one of those "graphic".

Have a Christmas tree on the front of your card. Take lots of pictures of the four of you (and perhaps some others of your family or friends) and turn them into ornaments on the tree.

There are many different things you can do like this to make both original and interesting.

Changing the face of your dog with the faces of yourself on each others' bodies. :)

Put the dogs as bookends or a bow.

I tried to understand some for us too. I want to take a picture with my husband, me, and our doxie HEELER border collie / blue. I looked at Walmart.com. They have some cute and others are really good. You can have it done for $ 0.33 each. I should mention these are the postcards care but they have other ideas too.
