Order Of Service Wording

Order Of Service WordingWhat is the word of command can be used in place of the rental and service?

How are the words used? Is leasing a name (like "She lives in a rent two bedrooms) or is it an adjective (like" he drove a rental car)? Leased would be an adjective to replace the rental ("he drove a rented car").

The service is also a noun and a verb:
The waiter gave us a good service. (Noun)
= The boy gave us a lot of attention.
Or
The mechanical department of the car very effective. (Word)
= The mechanics work on cars very efficiently.
