up wording reception card? I make my cards a place for my reception semi-relaxed ahead. I plan to use Mr. and Mrs., etc., where it applies, but I wonder how families who are raising children. Should I put "The Smith Family" for example? Or "Mr. and Mrs. Smith and Family"? The first sounds better to me (as it seems to cover everyone, while the "and family" sounds weird and impersonal). Looking for comments and suggestions and, fortunately, I have a handful of these circumstances! Thank you;)
I agree the names are of better quality. It's more personal.
I think it's more fun to put sounds "Mr. and Mrs. Smith and family. After all, it's a special event that calls for a little formality. I also think it is courteous to families participating in the word cards this way. Make your special day memorable as possible Congratulations:) and best wishes!
Do not place a card for each individual customer. It's the right thing. Never mind the Mr., Mrs. or Miss commands. The first use of the person and family names. Mr, Mrs, Ms are not names. People prefer to see their names, not their titles.
