Recycled Paper Thank You Cards

I would appreciate your personal opinion and thoughts on this scenario:

* You buy a regular printer for your business and its employees (business cards, brochures, posters, stationery, etc. ..). You get a great rate for a great product. Then, the print shop that you buy the print start offering recycled paper.

The problem is that a higher price for a bit of a difference in thickness of paper.
Examples:
-1000 - Cardstock 14pt (thickness) business cards $ 39.95
-1000 - Bristol 9pt (not as thick and recycled) business cards $ 59.95

How would you be likely to buy recycled printing?

and in your own mind - how many new or existing customers, would it attract new recycled paper?
