Religious Birthday Greetings

Religious Birthday GreetingsWhy the change Shiite Athan Cleary when he said their imams to the Sunnah?

The head of state has duties essential. In exercising these rights on several occasions, he will need to use its power to interpret or adapt some of the rules of Sharia in new circumstances.

To give you an example of a Shiite part: The end of Imam Khomeini, one of the most influential leaders of our time Shia said in a speech that governance is the most important of all divine ordinances and takes precedence over the secondary divine ordinances. Not only Islamic state and authorized to enforce many laws are not specifically mentioned in the sources of the Shariah, such as the prohibition of drugs and collection of customs duties, it may also suspend the implementation a fundamental religious obligation, Hajj, when this is necessitated by the best interests of Muslims. (Sahifa-yi Nur, XX, pp. 170-71).

In one of his other speeches, he said that the Faqih Waly (ie religious leader) even has the power to suspend the divine ordinances as primary obligatory prayers if it considers this necessary for the best interests of Muslims. (Unfortunately, I do not have the exact reference of this part, but it is well known by all the Shi'ite Iranian brothers, to follow developments at the time).

Not the same thing, but relevant to the above, certain practices are Shiite brothers who are approved by the Shia scholars. Added a statement on Ali Azan and Iqama, given the grief and fight as a religious practice, to the five prayers in three times rather than five separate times, celebrating the birthday of Shiite Imams as a religious duty, which lets people make shrines of gold for a few researchers who spend and cure research and intercession from them some well established practices of Shia brothers are added to the Sharia. In more recent times, we can see more recent arrivals such practices as sending greetings to the Prophet three times after hearing the name of Imam Khomeini, the organization of the congregation (Jama'at) al-fitr, reading a prayer groups on Thursday evening, the organization and execution rallies during the Hajj and shouting slogans at Friday prayers in support of political declarations of Imam Fridays etc.

Please note that here I do not intend to criticize any of the foregoing or to argue whether these practices are allowed in Islam or not. All I am saying is that it is strange that a Shiite brother, with such a context, is to criticize one of the great companions of the Prophet (supposedly) add a Azan or phrase in the interpretation of a rule of Sharia.

It also appears from various reports that any addition that is deemed appropriate with respect to the circumstance may also be made in terms of the call to prayer.

Al-Tahzib Al-Toosi, Vol. 2, No. 14: "Imam Jafar said ... Al-Taswib (ie the declaration of "Al-Salat Al-Khayron Low NAWM) in Iqama is part of the Sunnat.

Al-Tahzib Al-Toosi, Vol. 2, No. 15: "Imam Baqir (RA) said: My father (ie 'Ali ibn Alhusayn (RA) said" Al-Salat Al-Khayron Min NAWM, "in his Azan at home ..."

Wasa'el Al-Shia, No. 6998: "Imam Jafar (RA) said: When you're prayer in the morning saying:" Al-Salat Al-Min Khayron NAWM "after" Hayy Ala Khayr Al-Amal [ 1] Azan but does not say in Iqama.

According to Shiite scholar, in his book Majlesi Bihar Al-Anwar, Vol. 81 p. 150 some Shia scholars of ancient times were allowed to say the phrase in the morning prayer. He is Ibn Al-Junayd and Al-Ju'fi.

I do understand that the majority of Shia hadith collections and in almost all their students do not have this phrase in Azan or Iqama. But I wanted to establish the fact that the approach by injury.
