Religious Birthday Greetings

The head of state has duties essential. In exercising these rights on several occasions, he will need to use its power to interpret or adapt some of the rules of Sharia in new circumstances.

All I am saying is that it is strange that a Shiite brother, with such a context, is to criticize one of the great companions of the Prophet (supposedly) add a Azan or phrase in the interpretation of a rule of Sharia.
