Sample Christmas Wishes

Sample Christmas WishesIs this a solid model of report?

The school I work at asked me to write a report of the sample. I've never been a mentor teacher on a single form if I need to know what you think of this sample that I wrote. Any help is appreciated.

Anna is a delightful member of the form that must learn to occupy their time constructively and develop a better attitude, it must continue through 11th grade in order to succeed in the final examinations.
Anna has a good attitude toward school and took part in school activities. It is independence - is too easily distracted, but is an energy player in classroom activities and is a positive member of the class. It is more effective with a coherent, followed by her teacher. Anna will experience a growing success, as it develops a sense of personal responsibility for their learning. It is advisable to work a bit more about his physics and mathematics during the Christmas holidays, so it can maintain a good level.

In one sentence you say it must develop a better attitude and in the next sentence, you say she has a good attitude.

I would do it this way:

Anna is a delightful member of the form. She needs to learn to occupy his time constructively, as it wastes some time in class. (Explain how it does not use his time constructively.)

Anna has a good attitude toward school and took part in school activities (such as ....). It is independence (what does that mean?? Explain.) However, it is very easily distracted in class (how could they be addressed?) Anna participated vigorously in class activities and has a positive influence in the class. (How?)

Anna is his best work when the class is very structured, and when it is closely monitored by the teacher. (You can connect this sentence with the one on the use of his time constructively.)

Anna will experience a growing success, as it develops a sense of personal responsibility for their learning. It could be a good idea if it worked a little on his physics and mathematics during the Christmas holidays, so it can maintain good grades in those subjects. (However, why are you proposing that work on these during the break, if she has good grades in these areas??? Do you really mean that the grades in these areas could be improved?)

You did not mention if you think she works hard. What about homework? How are they completed?

Good luck with it.
