How does this sound like a letter of thanks?? Hello guys, got the third step of my work has been mentionng the other day .. the interview went well. However, once again,
I heard, like the 100th time in my career, well, we have reduced to only three (out of dozens of candidates).
How the hell do I go from number 3-1???? This is not a subordinate position. It seems that I JUUUUUUUST beaten by.
The person hiring told well, it was a very difficult decision, but we have hired the other person. HEEEEEELP!
I really want this job, I was very excited, and I sent this letter of thanks today.
Mr Oosterhoff,
Thank you very much for the invitation and the opportunity to interview for your office / business manager position. It was nice to meet you in person and learn more about your company and your goals. I am writing to reiterate my interest in the position.
I mentioned my enthusiasm for the position several times, and I am sure this came through strongly in person. I am confident that my experience and knowledge acquired during my career will allow me to make a strong and positive impact
the future success of all insurance service. My salary requirement suggested range of $ 40-45K is like anything else, certainly negotiable. I think at this level, your company will benefit by investing in me, it will be at least twice that amount, from the beginning. I look forward to a long and successful career working with you.
Sincerely,
thats Brill .... id hire you if you wrote me a letter like that! Mr Oosterhoff was stupid to hire the other guy. Tell us how you get the
Sounds good and very professional. However, you probably should not put in a great demand for wages, unless asked. and even try not to discuss salary until you actually get hired.
It looks pretty good. I had to make two remarks:
First, you miss the word "a". It was _A_ pleasure to meet you in person ...
Secondly, I would go to any mention of salary requirements. They know it is negotiable. And the payment of wages is only part of Doing Business for them. Honestly, a few thousand dollars difference in treatment is very little difference. If your competition has a slightly lower wage requirement, which will probably have no effect on who they are bidding for.
The purpose of an interview is to get a job, nothing else. Once an offer is made, you can choose to accept or refuse, or bargain over wages. Your job is to sell yourself and convince them that you're the best candidate for the position.
There is a chance the other candidate will turn to employment or anything else falls through. Your follow-up letter of thanks is a very good way to make yourself stand out. Good job.
# 1: Drop the things on the salary offered.
# 2: They are much more interested in hearing themselves talk than your courage leader for yourself! I'd try something along the lines of telling them how much you liked the environment and all its inhabitants, and how you think you want a place within and along so well with everyone.
Many people have good resumes, but what sets it apart is the human factor. How do you get along? Are you a team or selfish? This letter does not console me if I was Mr. Oosterhoff!
Good luck to you. Your writing style is really nice, and you fall on the competence and intelligence. Just switch the focus to how you will help the team and leave the controls Aggrandizer Auto-pay and save the stuff in person.
Tell them you are eager to join their team and become a model for the hard work and dedication and the way you would love to be part of what is ob.
