Become genuinely interested in others and take note of appreciation of their activity. In the current context? S's competitive differentiation is what sets you apart and being genuinely interested in is a key differentiator in the sale of customer value. Customers eat conduct business with those they can trust and respect.

One of the simplest methods to assess clients is simply a thank you note and personal. In this article, I speak a note clearly written on paper. Potential customers are overwhelmed by a myriad of notes, letters and other correspondence ridiculous. Ironically, the influx of electronic communications has greatly pained. As such, direct mail is increasing. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics and mailing in the U.S. has increased so that the suggestion is to follow the trend. Use the United States Postal Service to send correspondence to customers. Refrain from any email correspondence with customers.

Professionals who are different are memorable. The mail comes and goes, but the last notes on paper. Although you could set email imperative, they do not remain in the view from most of your files emails. However, handwritten notes are placed on sideboards, bookshelves and desks-view in the future customer, management, even competitors! These cards offer an intimate economic level of differentiation today? Competitive market.

You have three options to send a card:

1. Commercial Printing? If you want to make an impression, cards professionally designed and cut with your name and company logo. These are inexpensive and show no bar of professionalism.

2. Home? Printing Office? Most home computers and printers are extremely reliable and durable. Providing professional design yet also invest in good quality paper.

3. Commercial Stock? provides retail stock cards for general business and personal use. Although not recommended it is a good alternative to departure.

In addition thank you notes, other personnel actions writes:

1. letters of introduction before a cold call

2. Follow letters of proposals and contracts

3. Notes for the receipt of letters of recommendation

4. Follow-up information when the customer does not respond

5. All data that provides a requirement leads to a valuable relationship

If you really illustrate your genuine concern for others and desire more sales with less work to begin an email form or a paper copy of the written correspondence. I know what I am proposing requires behavior modification, but if you really like and want more business customers to find you, it is necessary to be different. Marketing is not about money, it's about creating a group of customers who speak highly of you create a business flow in your direction. Like all things in life, to leave the comfort zone requires a change. However, if you want more business, so remember this quote from Mahatma Gandhi: "Be the change you want to see.?
