Wedding Flat Card Invitations

How can I make these cards gatefolded or a card with a pretty wrap around her what size and type of envelope Caulder I use or can I make my own envelopes

Awesome that you want to make your own. I think it's a great way to go. Invitiations can be such a huge expense.
Wal-Mart prefolded bristol paper. (Avery # 3297)
If you run them through the first printer to give them the background color and run them through the new to printing, they will be very pleasant. You can also post a photo outside the two of you or basically anything you want.
Then do some fancy printing inside.
These cards come with envelopes prefolded.
You can also pre-printed on the inside a different color paper with your information about this and link both with a ribbon in the colors of your wedding.
You can get graphics for free at www.microsoft.com or part of the programs on the internet for free. Be creative.
