they have taken the liberty on MY Stationery and printed their name and phone number on my thank you notes. they have never done this before and they seemed THT I not even notice. I am very angry! They are very high-end thank you notes, and they just printed them right on their name above William Arthur (the manufacturer of the card)

I never signed anything and it was a regular order. how do I word that I know and do not want to go all over the city.

I would ask them if this was a new policy to print their name and address on the cards. Let them know nicely, that you are dissatisfied. If they do not voluntarily offer to reprint your cards, I would ask them again. . . with the original task - as ordered!

I would call the manager and talk
ask them to reprint them w / o their name and address (at their expense)
Tell them you think it is inappropriate for them to advertise in your paper, and you want it removed.

This standard should not make a major adjustment.

assumes that you do not have the answers you wanted all the other times you have requested.

How about talking with them? I'm sure they did not just check for you. complaining here will not solve your problem. go talk with them.
